Bharatanatyam

This ancient art is known for its precise movements, fixed upper torso, bent legs, and expressive hand gestures, and it can be categorized into three main aspects: Nritta (pure rhythmic dance), Nritya (expressive dance), and Natya (dramatic storytelling).

Mohiniyattam
Mohiniyattam is a graceful, classical solo dance form from Kerala, India, performed primarily by women and known for its delicate, feminine movements and lyrical quality, which follows the Lasya style.
